The "Conference on Embedded Instruction in Special Education," organized by the Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Faculty of Education, Department of Special Education, was held in the Cultural Center Pink Hall. The Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Üzeyir Ok, the Head of the Special Education Department, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıkmış, academics, and students attended the event. Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sinan Kalkan took part as the guest speaker.

In his speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sinan Kalkan provided information about the “embedded instruction” method and emphasized its importance in special education. Particularly highlighting the significance of an effective workforce, Kalkan stated that collaboration among colleagues is necessary and that receiving support strengthens the educational process. At the end of the program, the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Üzeyir Ok, presented a certificate of appreciation and flowers to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sinan Kalkan.
