Jointly organized by the Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Disability Student Unit Coordination and the Çanakkale Young Red Crescent (Genç Kızılay) Community, a historic tour of the Gallipoli Peninsula was held on Saturday, March 23rd, 2024. This event was part of the commemorations for the March 18th Martyrs' Day and the Çanakkale Naval Victory.

Accompanied by our disabled students, we explored the battlefields and historic sites. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our professional field guide, who brought history to life and shared the profound stories of our past with deep emotion.

On this occasion, we remember with mercy and gratitude all our martyrs and veterans—especially the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and his comrades-in-arms—who fought to grant us the freedom and independence we cherish today. We remain committed to keeping their spirit alive with the highest sense of honor.
